1. Introduction

Ashoka Woodwork ("we", "us", or "our") is a custom furniture and cabinetry design and manufacturing company located at:

Raj Industrial Park, Plot 65, Karjan, Gujarat 391240

These Terms govern your use of our services, including consultations, quotations, product purchases, installations, and support, both online and offline.

2. Orders & Payment Terms

• All custom furniture orders require a 50% advance to initiate production.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch or installation.
• Orders will be processed only after receiving the advance payment. Delays in payment may result in delayed delivery.
• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods communicated by our team.
• Any promotional or special offer must be validated in writing at the time of order confirmation.

3. Customization & Specifications

• Our furniture is 100% custom-built, which means accurate specifications from the client are crucial.
• Any changes to size, design, color, material, or finish must be communicated within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Changes beyond this window may result in additional charges and timeline extensions.
• Final products may vary slightly due to natural material characteristics and manual craftsmanship.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Standard delivery for custom cabinets is 3–8 weeks, based on complexity.
• Larger projects may take up to 12 weeks.
• Shipping and installation charges are additional, unless stated otherwise in the quote.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure site access and readiness for delivery and installation.
• Ashoka Woodwork will not be liable for delays due to site inaccessibility, lack of electrical connection, water seepage, or incomplete flooring.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
• No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours due to the custom nature of our work.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
• Any deposit made after the cancellation window is non-refundable.

6. Product Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all cabinetry and furniture against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper cleaning.
• Natural wear and tear.
• Exposure to water, heat, or direct sunlight.
• Third-party modifications or repairs.

Any warranty claim must be reported within 48 hours of noticing the defect, along with photographs and the original invoice.

7. Price Match Promise

• Our price match guarantee is valid only for written estimates from reputed manufacturers or designers offering comparable products (material, finish, customization level).
• Ashoka Woodwork reserves the right to verify the competitor's estimate before offering a better price.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on our website and printed materials are the intellectual property of Ashoka Woodwork. Reproduction, duplication, or unauthorized use without our written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, minor imperfections are a part of handcrafted woodwork.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by external factors (natural disasters, transport strikes, supply chain disruptions).
• Losses due to inaccurate customer-provided measurements.
• Damage occurring after successful delivery and installation.

10. User Conduct

• You agree not to use our website for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• You agree not to transmit any malware or unauthorized content.
• You agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse any part of our website or design assets.

11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to our services will be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
